Day 4 was intense but I liked it even though it was another leg day. The MedCon was tough but I survived. Need to learn to prep food better. Suggestions?

Today I am really sore, it is a good sore. the workout is all about the core and it was awesome to work the midsection. Thursday's workout looks intense. Oh we have been on great track with our eating clean, all the food has been tasty.

Today was Chest Day, I am so happy to have Advocare Muscle Strength and VO2Prime in me. 3 set of 8 Max weight bench press followed by superset Standing up right row and skull crushers. Than 15 minutes of 5 hollow rocks, 10 mountain climbers, and 15 air squats. I did twelve rounds, although I messed up the reps on mountain climbers I was doing 15 which isn't a bad thing doing more reps.
